*** INTERVIEW BEGINS ***

Interviewer: Can you please tell me about yourself?

Applicant: I am from Timor-Leste, and I have a strong work ethic and a desire to learn and grow. I am eager to take on new challenges and contribute to the Australian seasonal workforce.

Interviewer: When and Where did you learn your English?
Applicant: I learned English in school and have been practicing it in everyday life and through language courses.

Interviewer: What is your strength and weakness?
Applicant: My strength is my dedication and willingness to work hard. My weakness is that I can be overly self-critical at times, but I'm working on improving this aspect of myself.

Interviewer: Why do you want to work in Australia?
Applicant: I want to work in Australia to gain valuable experience, support my family back home, and save for future opportunities.

Interviewer: What is your plan after you return home?
Applicant: After returning home, I plan to invest in my education or start a small business to create more opportunities for myself and my family.

Interviewer: What do you do if your customer is rude or angry because they are not satisfied?
Applicant: I would remain calm and polite, listen to their concerns, and try to find a solution to their problem to ensure their satisfaction.

Interviewer: Who will you ask when you don't know the work instructions?
Applicant: I would ask my supervisor or a more experienced colleague for clarification and guidance to ensure I perform my job correctly.

Interviewer: Have you had experience working in the job you've chosen, and what skills do you have?
Applicant: Yes, I have experience in the chosen job, which I believe will be valuable in this role.

Interviewer: Do you have any related family in Australia?
Applicant: No, I do not have any relatives in Australia.

Interviewer: Describe three things about yourself:
Applicant: I am a diligent worker, a quick learner, and I value teamwork and collaboration.

Interviewer: Have you had experience working in one place and sharing a room?
Applicant: Yes, I have previous experience working in a shared accommodation arrangement, and I am comfortable with it.

Interviewer: Are you concerned about working far away from your family?
Applicant: While it's challenging to be away from my family, I am willing to make this sacrifice for the opportunity to work and provide for them. I will stay connected with them through regular communication.

The questions can vary depending on each interviewer's approach. To provide clear responses, applicants must remain attentive throughout the process and make an effort to answer all questions accurately while aligning with the specific job sector the applicant has chosen.
